Lab Testing

Diagnostic testing provide a variety of useful information and is an important part of holistic medical care.  We believe in treating you, rather than the numbers on a paper.  Blood tests will show your results and then provide accepted “normal” ranges that have been established by the lab.  While labs can reveal a lot of information,  sometimes a person’s symptoms do not correlate with the ranges we get from a lab.  It’s all about “function”— how your body feels.

Lab results need to be interpreted within the context of your overall health. This is why it’s important for us to gather as much information about how you’re feeling, so we can make the best decisions about guiding you back to health. If you have recent blood work results, we would be happy to review these with you.  We believe in striving for optimal ranges, not necessarily what the standard lab values are. 

We can write a lab order with Quest Laboratories for any tests.  In addition, we can write orders for imaging such as X-Rays, MRI, or CT scans.
